Out of Season

On the south coast of England at West Wittering in October, the sand dunes had built up in front of these beach huts after some stormy weather. I liked the shapes and decided to emphasise the dunes by using a wide angle lens for the shot. It seemed to work best as a monochrome with the brooding clouds helping to bring out the end of season feeling.
