At Any Time

I took this lady at the Edinburgh Fringe in mid August. Although she was not part of the festival, I was amused by the fact that she was standing beside a No Waiting sign. Although we all know that the sign refers to road vehicles, the implied conflict still amused me. I suppressed all the other colours to emphasise the impression.
